CANCELATIONS AND RETURNS

Cancellations - You can cancel your order before it is shipped, at no additional cost, if you simply express your wish before 24h the order was placed please contact us through the contact form.

You may return your order within ten (14) working days of receipt of the item from R-51RECORDS, provided that you have not broken the seal on the packaging. Please note that we cannot accept goods that are returned in a condition different from that in which they were dispatched to you. You may choose to exchange the product or refund the value you paid, excluding shipping costs, and get a refund within a maximum period of 30 days, made whenever possible by the same payment method. If it is not possible, the user must present proof of payment and account or card ownership, so that the return can be made by Bank Transfer. On receipt of returned goods, R-51RECORDS will refund the amount charged (excluding shipping fees) within thirty (30) days.
