PAYMENT & SHIPPING

PAYMENT: You can pay for your order via Mbway (instant), Paypal, or bank transfer. (For payments via bank transfer, you will need to send proof of transfer within 24 hours of order completion). The system automatically cancels orders that do not have proof of payment within the stated time. 

SHIPPING: R-51RECORDS dispatch twice a week registered, with tracking number, via CTT or DHL Parcel.

PORTUGAL: 6,00€ (<0,5KG); 9,50€ (0,5-2KG); 12,50€ (2-5KG)

SPAIN: 11,00€ (<0,25KG); 12,00€ (0,25-2KG); 16,50€ (2-5KG)

EUROPE: 9,00€ (<0,25KG); 11,50€ (0,25-0,5KG); 15,50€ (0,5-1KG); 23,00€ (1-2KG); 60,00€ (2-5KG)

REST OF THE WORLD: 10,50€ (<0,25KG); 15,00€ (0,25-0,5KG); 25,00€ (0,5-1KG); 37,50€ (1-2KG); 94,00€ (2-5KG)

USA/CANADA: temporarily suspended

IMPORTANT NOTES:

§  All goods will be sent out in solid & clean, protective mailers and carefully packed to prevent damage in transit.

§  We ship twice a week.

§  A double LP or double CD counts as two items, a triple as three…...

§  Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 24hours!

§  If paid via paypal, parcels will be shipped for paypal address

§  When correctly addressed parcels get sent back, for whatever reason, buyer has to pay postage again.

§  Overseas customers, please allow some time for your package to arrive. We ship by registered mail but and it can slow down and take a couple days/weeks because of customs policies.

PERSONAL DELIVERIES: It is possible to schedule in-person deliveries in Charneca da Caparica or Lisbon.
